Driver Education with O’Brien
As an existing client of Safetrac, O’Brien required a bespoke training program to improve driver education, increase safety awareness and reduce road incidents.
Safetrac was tasked with creating an engaging program with the right tone and examples to ensure it would represent O’Brien’s culture and brand while being deliverable on mobile phones for easy completion by their geographically dispersed workforce.
The finished product was a highly interactive program with simulations, animations, company policies and resources, and short quizzes, resulting in this award-winning course.
Immediately following the rollout of training to over 700 staff members, O’Brien’s team noted a 10% reduction in road incidents. This immediate outcome demonstrates how impactful an excellent online training program can be.
Respectful Workplace Behaviour with Baby Bunting
Training staff in bullying, harassment and discrimination topics are imperative for many Australian and overseas workplaces. This was no exception for Baby Bunting, who wanted to train all staff on respectful workplace behaviour, irrespective of whether they worked in the office, retail store or warehouse.
Baby Bunting partnered with Safetrac to roll out online training for the first time in their business on the Safetrac platform.
As well as interactive, office-based modules, Safetrac also created short, engaging MicroLearn courses for their retail staff, which accommodated the teams working environments and educated them on the company’s zero-tolerance policy on unrespectful behaviour.
This instilled a benchmark for how the teams interacted with each other whilst at work.
After the training rollout, Baby Bunting saw a positive increase in their staff’s understanding of inappropriate workplace behaviour and a more active approach to ensuring a respectful workplace for all.
