Deborah Coram, CEO of Safetrac, said the awards consolidate Safetrac’s position as the preeminent provider of compliance training solutions in Australasia.
Our clients are increasingly looking for engaging training, customised to their organisations unique requirements. We are so proud of the work we have done with all of our clients, but especially with the programs we have created for David Jones, New Zealand Defence Force and City of Port Phillip.
These awards recognise our client’s courses as best of breed, and reward their focus on rolling our engaging and interesting training to their staff
Safetrac’s bespoke and customisation services have grown exponentially in the past 12 months.
Ms Coram commented that
No longer are clients wanting to simply roll out generic compliance training and check a box.
Clients want to ensure the courseware is engaging, and that staff learn the right and wrong way to behave. Rolling out top quality training content significantly impacts the quality of the training outcome. Custom Codes of Conduct, Bullying and Harassment and Privacy have all been a major focus for clients this year, and have contributed to the significant growth of Safetrac’s bespoke service line.
The annual LearnX Impact Awards are run by the LearnX Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation promoting innovative workforce learning and supporting technologies. The awards are open to individuals, teams and enterprises from the corporate, education and public-service sectors worldwide that have implemented or released a project/solution relating to the development and management of enterprise talent.
