About this course

Under work health and safety legislation, managers have a duty to make sure that workers and others are not exposed to risks to their health and safety. This includes risks to their psychological health. As part of this duty, managers must eliminate or minimise psychosocial risks as far as reasonably practicable.

This is a new course designed to provide managers with a practical understanding of strategies and steps that can be taken to eliminate and minimise psychosocial risks as far as possible

  • understand your roles and responsibilities regarding psychosocial hazards and risks; and
