O’Brien entrusted Safetrac to bring their vision of developing a bespoke training program to a diverse workforce, including front-line staff, technicians and glaziers. The training needed to be accessible, engaging and include elements of humour to maintain attention. The rollout of the program marked a significant achievement for O’Brien. The bespoke course not only met its objectives of improving customer experience and increasing NPS (Net Promoter Score) but also created a positive learning environment for employees.
The success extended beyond O’Brien’s expectations. Belron, O’Brien’s parent company, which operates in 39 countries across six continents, requested access to the training for a global rollout. A testament to the program’s quality and effectiveness.
