Reece, partnered with Safetrac for its inaugural compliance training initiative, targeting over 5,000 diverse staff members.
Acknowledging the shift in regulatory scrutiny, Reece prioritised topics like anti-bullying and harassment and equal employment opportunities. The training’s success is evident in a remarkable 99% completion rate for initial modules and 95% for subsequent ones. The strategic rollout, supported by a robust communications campaign, showcased Reece’s commitment to fostering a culture of compliance.
Safetrac’s role in customising content using Articulate 360 and Vyond, alongside real-world scenarios and video messages, contributed to the training’s accessibility and engagement. The positive impact is seen in increased engagement with internal teams, demonstrating a clear understanding of business commitments. Reece’s success with this compliance training allows them to confidently explore online learning opportunities.
The initiative not only establishes a governance layer but also sets a world-class standard for employee education, promoting a culture of respect and adherence to legal obligations from day one for new staff members.
Developing a culture of respect with the Assembly
The Assembly sought to instil a culture of respect and awareness among its 200 staff and members in light of the revised Respect in the Workplace policy.
They faced the challenge of customising training content during the COVID-19 pandemic and turned to Safetrac. Safetrac used its Articulate 360 tools to tailor off-the-shelf content, incorporating the Assembly’s brand, logo, and communication style. The rollout included the Respect in the Workplace Policy, ensuring a comprehensive understanding. With Safetrac’s platform, branded to the Assembly, and personalised emails, the training reached its audience effectively.
The 91% completion rate within the required timeframe showcases the success. The Assembly, who entered into uncharted territory with online training, now has a governance mechanism, evidence of knowledge, and positive feedback. The approach’s success led to subsequent training rollouts, attesting to its impact and the organisation’s commitment to a respectful workplace.
