About this course

The Private Health Insurance Code of Conduct is a voluntary industry Code, developed to enhance the relationship between health funds and consumers.

The Code has been introduced to complement the existing regulations that organisations work under and enhances the relationship between consumers and health funds by adopting voluntary industry self-regulation.

The provisions in this Code are either for the purpose of clarification or are in addition to the existing regulatory obligations of registered health benefit organisations.

Safetrac’s ‘Private Health Insurance – Code of Conduct’ training course provides organisations and their employees with an improved understanding of the Private Health Insurance Code of Conduct.
