Yes. Every integration is scoped individually, regardless of whether Safetrac has connected to your HRIS platform previously. Each organisation structures its data differently, and what works for one customer may not be appropriate for another. The scoping conversation ensures we build something that fits your specific environment, not a generic template. This is particularly important for payroll-connected systems, where we need to carefully agree on what data is shared.

Safetrac supports SSO via the SAML 2.0 protocol, which is the industry standard for secure identity federation. Once configured, users can access the Safetrac User Dashboard directly from their HRIS without needing a separate username or password. Authentication is handled by your existing identity provider, so access policies, session controls, and MFA requirements you have in place carry through automatically.

When an employee is deactivated or deleted in your HRIS, Safetrac receives that event in real time and disables the corresponding account immediately. You do not need to manually remove users from Safetrac as part of your offboarding process. This ensures there are no lingering accounts with access to your compliance training platform after someone has left.

Yes. When a learner passes a test for a nominated Safetrac course, a training completion record is automatically created on their profile in your HRIS. This includes the course name, completion date, and status. The record appears on the employee’s training tab, making it available for HR teams, line managers, and auditors without any manual export or data entry.

Not at this stage. Course enrolments are managed within Safetrac directly and are outside the scope of the HRIS integration. Similarly, email notifications and alerts are handled independently by each platform. Safetrac has its own notification system for learners and administrators, and your HRIS maintains its own global notifications feature. The integration focuses on user lifecycle management and training completion data, which are the most critical flows for compliance and administration.
