What kind of support is available for Clients?

Safetrac offers comprehensive support to ensure all clients are carefully onboarded and trained in the use of the system. Upon becoming a Safetrac client, you will be assigned a Client Services representative who will help you with the functional use of your subscription. You will also be assigned an Account Manager who is dedicated to ensuring help is only a phone call or email away.

How can we provide feedback on the training content?

We encourage clients to provide feedback on our training content. You can submit feedback directly through the Client Services team, or with your Account Manager. If you are working with our Content team to customise your content, you can always provide your feedback direct to them as well. Your feedback helps us improve and tailor our courses to better meet your needs.
