About this course
This course is based on the guidance contained in Regulatory Guide 78: Breach reporting by AFS licensees and credit licensees.
AFS licensees and Australian credit licensees have an obligation to report certain breaches of the law under the Corporations Act 2001 and the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.
