When your colleague’s company becomes a Safetrac client, you’ll receive a $250 rewards card
Safetrac employees and directors are not eligible to participate in this Corporate Referral Program.
To refer a colleague to Safetrac, your colleague’s company must not already be an existing customer of Safetrac. You cannot refer to your own company for additional training courses.
The $250 Reward set out below is payable for each new customer referred whose company signs and pays for a standard three-year Safetrac licence or subscription agreement, with training for no less than twenty people.
You will receive a notification when your referral has been successful. The reward will be in the form of a $250 debit card from Safetrac, sent to you within 60 days of the initial invoice being paid by the new Safetrac customer.
For privacy reasons, we will not provide details to you of the training program, the value of the program or the agreement entered into by your colleague’s company. By entering your colleague’s personal information and contact details here, you confirm you have the consent of the person named to provide their personal information to Safetrac. Personal information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with Safetrac’s Privacy Policy.
Safetrac reserves the right to vary, supplement or discontinue this Corporate Referral Program and these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If it is withdrawn, Safetrac will honour all referrals entered before the withdrawal, provided that the agreement is signed and the initial invoice paid. The Corporate Referral Program is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly indicated. Safetrac has the right to exclude anyone from this Program at its absolute discretion without any obligation to provide notice or a reason. If you use the Corporate Referral Program in a manner that’s not satisfactory to use or in line with the intent of the Program, we may refuse to pay the Reward to you in our absolute discretion. This includes conduct, which is designed to undermine the fair and intended operation of the Program.
