About this course

Fatigue can pose a serious risk to health and safety within the workplace. It can lead to a loss to attentiveness, ultimately contributing to workplace mistakes and accidents.

By providing training in fatigue management, staff become more aware of the causes of fatigue, the impacts it can have in the workplace, and signs to watch out for. This helps promote compliance with occupational/work health and safety obligations surrounding fatigue management.

Safetrac’s ‘Fatigue Management’ course is designed to give you a general understanding of the causes of fatigue and how it can affect health and safety within the workplace. It also covers some tips to help staff gain a better night’s rest, which in turn contributes to a safer workplace.
