About these courses

As work from home restrictions are lifted and workplaces contemplate bringing workers back into the physical workplace, multiple issues need to be considered. This three-part series of courses will assist Directors, Senior Leaders, Managers and Staff in ensuring they comply with relevant legislation, and do everything reasonably practicable to minimise exposure to COVID-19 infection.

Employers have a duty to, so far as is reasonably practicable, to provide a working environment for their employees that is safe and without risks to health. This includes identifying and controlling risks to health or safety associated with potential exposure to COVID-19. It is therefore essential, that if an employer requires staff to attend the workplace, that everything reasonably practicable is done to provide a COVID-safe work environment for staff, without risks to their health.

The Director, Senior Leaders, and Managers courses are designed to help your workplace and managers follow safe work practices, consistent with advice from government and health authorities.

The employee course is designed to ensure that staff are aware of the adjustments that the organisation has had to make to ensure their health and safety and the importance of hygiene and cleaning.

We emphasise that the World Health organisation (WHO), as well as the respective health organisations and government bodies within each country, are the primary sources for guidance on COVID-19. The intention of this resource is to provide guidance to help navigate this unchartered territory. However, please be mindful, that no information in this area is static, and is subject to continual and ongoing government updates.
