With a background as a practicing lawyer, Deborah combines legal expertise with extensive technology experience to produce compliance programmes that deliver results.
Helen Jamieson | Client Service Content Manager
Delivering a fantastic customer experience on a daily basis is at the heart of Helen’s role – something she has been passionate about since joining in 2004. Helen has a dual role with Safetrac – she is both responsible for guiding the Client Services team and managing the development of all new courses with lawyers from MinterEllison.
Allan Savage | Technology Manager
Allan is a Safetrac expert having worked for the company since its inception. Allan leads the Technology team to ensure the day-to-day reliability of the Safetrac platform, and is focused on ensuring that Safetrac continues to deliver a great customer experience through the development of program enhancements and new products.
Lynda Byrnes | Business Manager
Lynda joined Safetrac in 2005 and has responsibility for ‘The Safetrac Group’ financial administration and office management. Her duties include client financial account management, Human Resources and employment administration. She liaises with clients on a regular basis in relation to administrative and account aspects.
