Safetrac is proud to announce the latest courses that will be added to the award-winning suite of courseware. These courses, like all others, are designed to engage and educate staff in any location at any time. They are delivered either through our compliance platform or as SCORM files to be uploaded to your LMS.
Modern Slavery
There will be new compliance and reporting obligations regarding modern slavery for large corporations and other entities operating in Australia. This will help companies evaluate their supply chains and ensure that no slavery has been used in producing the products they sell.
Safetrac’s ‘Modern Slavery’ course assists staff to understand what modern slavery is, the current legislation, the impact to the business and its customers, and what action they can take.
Employment Obligations (Vulnerable Workers) Courses
If you have subsidiaries or franchisees, then these courses are for you. To assist in ensuring that your subsidiaries / franchisees don’t breach the law – which can leave a franchisor, parent company or holding company liable – Safetrac has developed specific courses dealing with employment obligations.
Currently tailored for the automotive, fast food and retail industries with relevant scenarios as well as industry award content, these courses can be customised to suit your organisation.
Code of Banking Practice
The Code of Banking Practice (the Code) sets out the standards of practice and service in the Australian banking industry for individual and small business customers, and their guarantors. The Code provides safeguards and protections not set out in the law.
The new Banking Code of Practice, which takes effect 1 July 2019, sets out a new standard of customer service for Australia’s banks.
Safetrac has both a full course for the Code for Banking Practice and booster course for the Banking Code of Practice.
Virtual Reality compliance training
Virtual Reality training essentially places the trainee in a 3D environment relevant to the subject matter via a specially designed audio-visual headset.
This type of learning environment helps cut out distractions by fully immersing the trainee in the simulation, such that the learner begins to respond to the material as they would in a real-life situation.
This enables trainees to quickly acquire information relevant to their job, in an environment that mimics the work place and situations they will be in.
