Organisations utilise SAFETRAC’s unique knowledge testing products to test their employees and contractors on organisational policies, procedures, product knowledge and induction related information. Listed below are some examples of how these products are used by SAFETRAC clients today. Policy or Procedure TestingPolicy or Procedure Tests are developed by the organisation and linked to online copies of organisational policy documents. These tests are used to determine whether employees understand company policy and behave accordingly. Organisational best practice determines which policies drive those behaviours critical to corporate success. SAFETRAC Knowledge Tests ensure that an organisation can gauge the effectiveness and understanding of organisational policies and procedures and respond as required. Induction TestsInduction Tests are developed by the organisation and used to induct new employees to organisational culture, procedures and policies. These ensure that all new employees have understood and been made aware of their organisational responsibilities. Often, these are delivered as ongoing refresher courses to existing employees. Employee Behavioural SurveyThe Employee Survey is authored by the organisation and completed by selected employees. The survey questions can be enduring, for example an annual employee survey, or tailored to focus on a specific issue on a one-off basis. Product TestsProduct Tests are developed by the organisation and linked to copies of documents or intranet pages. These are used to ensure that employees understand the products that the organisation provides and have the requisite knowledge required. Often, SAFETRAC Product Knowledge Tests are used by our clients to provide refresher training as required. Risk AwarenessThe imperative for all employees to become ‘risk aware’ is becoming increasingly important. Risk management is being used by legislators, regulators and market supervisors to evidence and ensure compliance. A risk aware culture is required to support and pervade the work ethic. This risk management awareness course is designed for people in all occupations at all levels within an organisation. It introduces concepts of risk management. It is intended as an introduction to the understanding and application of the risk management function whether from a strategic, planning or operational viewpoint. SAFETRAC Being Risk Aware is designed to ensure that all employees recognise that they have a role to play in understanding and managing an organisation’s risk profile. SAFETRAC ensures that you have a record of their successful completion of the course. The ‘Being Risk Aware’ content includes theory as well as scenario examples which you can customise to reflect practices relevant to your industry. Information is updated as necessary to reflect changes in thinking and industry practice.
